Help!
When you enter online, you will know immediately if your entry was accepted or if you are waitlisted. You will also be able to make any changes prior to closing date and see the change immediately. If you are more comfortable mailing in your entry, you will continue to request any changes through email.
Check It Out!
You may still mail your entry with a check. There is no subscription fee to use our entry system. Simply sign into your account, choose your trial, and click the green CREATE ENTRY button. Select classes and on the last page, choose PRINT PDF (instead of online entry). Print your entry, sign it and mail the entry with a check payable to PawPrint Trials. By creating the entry online, the barcode can be scanned once the entry is received. Your entry will be 100% accurate.
Charge Ahead!
You may enter fully online by charging your entry fee to your credit card. Sign into your account, click on your name and select CREDIT CARDS. Complete your credit card information. PawPrint Trials cannot see your credit card number. We use SQUARE as our credit card processing company and all transactions are completed through SQUARE. Once your credit card information is saved, choose your trial, select classes, and click pay online. Your saved credit card will be used to pay for your entry. You will also have the option of changing your credit card for this specific transaction. A processing fee of 3.22% will be added to the total when you check out. Should you decide to delete a class or cancel your entire entry, the entry fee will be refunded to your credit card. A history of all payments, fees, and refunds is available in your account.
Pay It Forward!
If you want to use the online system but do not want to use a credit card, you can deposit money directly into your PawPrint account. Simply mail a check to PawPrint Trials with a note to deposit into your account. When you enter a trial, we will use any money in your online account first, before your saved credit card. If you receive a Gift Certificate with a QR code, you may deposit that directly into your account. You can take a photo of the QR code with your cell phone and your gift certificate will be automatically deposited into your account. You may also add your gift certificate to your account by clicking on your name and Gift Certificates/Redeem. Type in the codes at the bottom of the gift certificate. The gift certificate amount will show in your account. If you have received a gift certificate without a QR code, email me, and I can deposit it into your account.
